How do the Personalised Plans work?
The first step of the Personalised Plan is to firstly choose the personalised plan that best suits your goals. Once you have ordered your personalised plan, you'll be directed to an online survey questionnaire. Once you've completed that we'll get to work in making your personalised plan. How do I get my Personalised Plan?
You'll receive your Personalised Plan as a pdf attachment to the email address supplied when you placed your order.
Once I've placed an order, is there anything else I need to do?
Yes, you'll need to fill out the quick online survey questionnaire. It shouldn't take you any more than 10 minutes to complete.
How do I know which Personalised Plan to choose?
We have 4 Personalised Plans available. Simply choose the plan that best suits your fitness goals. If there isn't a plan that doesn't quite fit your needs, then drop us an email support@ifitnessguide.com and we'll help design a plan that best suits you.
What's included with the Personalised Plans?
We include all the information you need to achieve your fitness goals from what to train on each day, to what to eat, when to eat it and how much to eat. Also what supplements to take, where to buy.
 Are there any extra fees or hidden charges?
There are NO additional charges required to get access to the Personalised Plan of your choice. However, we may offer supplementary training and resources via email that are completely optional and only there to help you better achieve your goals.
